A recent cook group snack was Cinnamon Maple Yogurt Dip. The ingredients used were 2 cups of Greek Yogurt, one teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey) and half teaspoon vanilla extract. First the group had to measure all the ingredients into bowl.
Then they mixed them all up.
Then they cut fruit slices.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“Today I helped in cooking class by combining ingredients.” Linda
“My favorite part of cooking class today was slicing bananas.” Dawn
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called apple.” Nikki
“I liked the snack today.” Sharon
“I learned one thing about food today. I learned that honey and cinnamon go well together.” Job Coach D.C.
