A recent week’s cooking class snack was Crispy Bananas with Peanut Butter. The ingredients used were bananas, rice crispies, and peanut butter.
First the group had to peel and chop some banana.
Then they spread peanut butter on bite sized pieces of banana.
Then they sprinkled rice crispies on the banana pieces.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“I helped in cook class today by peeling and chopping some bananas.” -Dawn
“I spread peanut butter on banana pieces.” -April
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called banana.” -Andi
“I liked the snack today.” -Cheryl
“Peanut butter doesn’t stick to banana easily.” -Job Coach Luke
