This week’s cook group was mango salsa. The ingredients used were mango, red bell pepper, green onions, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, and olive oil.
First the group had to do peel and pit the mango.
Then they cut and chopped vegetables.
After putting chopped and sliced vegetables into the blue bowl, they added olive oil and lime juice.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack:
