In a recent cooking class we made Cat’s Eyes! The ingredients used were crackers, banana, peanut butter, and raisins. First the group had to spread the peanut butter on crackers.
Then they sliced some bananas.
They added a raisin on top and enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“I helped in cooking class today by spreading the peanut butter on crackers.” Karissa
“My favorite part of cooking class today was slicing the banana.” Justin
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called banana.” April
“I liked the snack today.” Andi
“Today I learned that a few things can make a great treat.” Job Coach William
