In a recent cooking class, the group made cucumber & avocado salad. The ingredients used were lime juice, cucumber, avocado, green onion, parsley, mayonnaise, sriracha, and salt.
First the group had to peel and seed the cucumber. Then they peeled and chopped the avocado.
Then they chopped the onion.
Then they mixed ingredients together with two types of sauce. One
was mayonnaise. Another one was sriracha.
Then they put on the parsley on top of the salad.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack.
