In a recent cooking class we made cucumber salad. The ingredients used were cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, white wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and salt.
First, the group had to chop the cucumbers.
Then, they sliced up the onion.
Finally, the group made the dressing and combined everything in a bowl.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what the group had to say about the class:
“Today, I diced all the tomatoes and onions.”- Jenny D.
“Today, I liked the whole thing.”- C.J.
“One of the ingredients used in the snack today that I can remember is tomatoes.”- Dawn Z.
“I liked the snack today.”- Cheryl P
“Today, I learned about everything that mixing things can turn into something good.”- Will (Job Coach)
