In a recent cooking class we made fruit tacos. The ingredients used were bananas, peanut butter, and whole wheat tortillas. First the group cut the bananas.
Then they spread peanut butter on the tortillas.
Next they added the banana slices.
Lastly, the group wrapped the tortilla and enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“I helped in cooking class today by slicing some bananas.” Justin
“My favorite part of cooking class today was spreading peanut butter on bananas and tortilla wraps.” Dawn
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called a banana.” Linda
“I liked the snack today.” Sharon
“Today I learned that peanut butter and bananas go together.” Job Coach Luke
