In a recent cooking class snack we made Garden Salad. The ingredients used were carrots, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, dressing, and green pepper.
First, the group had to dice some green pepper, then they chopped the cucumber.
Next, they grated some carrots. Then they combined all ingredients.
Then the group enjoyed the completed snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“I combined all the vegetables.” Dawn
“My favorite part of cooking class today was passing out all the vegetables.” Linda
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s carrots.” Nikki
“I liked the snack today.” Cheryl
“Today, I learned how to cut some carrots.” Joseph
