In a recent cooking class we made banana wraps. The ingredients used were bananas, peanut butter, whole wheat wraps, honey, and raisins.
First the group had to cut the bananas.
Then they spread peanut butter on the wraps.
Then they put raisins and honey on wraps.
Finally, they folded the wrap and enjoyed!
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“I helped in cook group today by spreading peanut butter on the wrap.” Dawn
“My favorite part of cooking class today was eating peanut butter, because I can’t have whole nuts.” Sharon
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called bananas.” Cheryl
“I liked the snack today.” April
“Did I learn anything new about food today? That’s a tough question. Well, I learned that two tablespoons of peanut butter are about 190 calories.” Job Coach Scott
