In a recent cooking class we made Hummus Wraps. The ingredients used were tortillas, lettuce, hummus, black beans, and avocado.
First, the group had to cut tortilla wraps in half.
Then, they spread the hummus.
Next, they put black beans on a tortilla wrap…
…and added some avocado.
Then, they added some lettuce.
Finally, they rolled up the hummus wraps and enjoyed the snack.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack:
“Today, I helped in cooking class by adding black beans.” Dawn
“My favorite part of cooking class today was adding lettuce on a tortilla wrap.” Linda
“I can remember one of the ingredients used in the snack today. It’s called avocado.” Emily
“I liked the snack today.” Michael
“Everybody thinks hummus is funny, but it looks delicious.” Job Coach D.C.
