A recent week’s cooking class snack was Strawberry/Spinach Salad. The ingredients used were spinach, strawberries, onion, sugar, almonds, olive oil, vinegar, and paprika.
First the group had to wash spinach and strawberries.
Then they tore up spinach, and cut up the strawberries and onion.
They mixed the ingredients together for the dressing.
Then they mixed the spinach and strawberries together for salad.
Finally, they ate it.
This is what some of the clients involved had to say about the snack.
